Tiffani J. Shipman

Tiffani Shipman is an experienced litigator and transactional attorney with a diverse background that spans criminal defense, complex civil litigation, business and corporate law, family law, employment matters, and cannabis regulatory work. Before entering the legal profession, Tiffani was a successful entrepreneur who owned and operated multiple businesses in education, oil-and-gas land services, marketing, and business development.

A longtime Oklahoma resident, Tiffani earned her B.A. in Psychology (with a Sociology minor) from the University of Oklahoma and graduated cum laude from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2020, where she received an additional certificate in Mediation and Dispute Resolution. During law school she distinguished herself as a Merit Scholar, Phi Delta Phi member, and staff editor on the Oklahoma City University Law Review (recipient of the 2019 Excellence in Technical Editing award). Additionally, she earned CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in both Mediation and Family Law, appeared repeatedly on the Dean’s List and Faculty Honor Roll, and was a member of the Constance Baker Motley Mock Trial Team that took first place in the 2019 Southwest Regional competition. Tiffani also served as a judicial extern for Oklahoma Supreme Court Chief Justice Noma Gurich.

Since bar admission in 2020, Tiffani has practiced in both state and federal courts in Oklahoma, as well as tribal courts, and offers legal services in both Durant and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
